At this time we are limiting our care of substance use disorders to patients aged 18 and older. For gynecologic patients, we acknowledge that puberty happens at different times, reach out to us to find out more.
We are happy to work with your prenatal care provider if you would like management of a substance use disorder, but we do not provide prenatal care or perform deliveries.

Although we manage substance use disorders, we also manage some general health needs of our patients. We believe that outpatient treatment of substance use disorders can be integrated with medical care.
Use of all substances in the office is not permitted.
Yes! Alcohol is a commonly used and widely accepted substance in our culture. If you would like to reduce or stop your use of alcohol altogether please reach out.
Yes! There are many options to quit smoking, including medication and non-medication options that we are happy to discuss with you.
After a review of your patterns of use, prior therapies, and medical history, we will discuss medications that can help the following side effects:
- Ease symptoms of withdrawal
- Reduce cravings for opioids
We accept most commercial and state of Michigan insurances. We will perform an eligibility check prior to scheduling an appointment. Please call to confirm that we accept your specific insurance.
